Your building team

Your building team will include the following:

    Pre-Construction Services

    If needed or wanted, our team can help facilitate budgetary and design help on the front end of your project, in conjunction with your design team or as a stand-alone. Pre-construction services can help streamline and better align the budget and design goals BEFORE finalization of design documentation.

  2. 02

    Project Manager

    Will oversee your project schedule and budget, coordinate submittals and RFI's, and manage subcontractors and material orders.

  3. 03

    Superintendent

    Will manage all on-site field work, coordinating subcontractors and material deliveries, managing quality, and keeping the schedule on track.

  4. 04

    Fully Staffed Office

    Will administer construction draws, insurance requirements, lien waiver administration and protection, project tracking and record-keeping.
