The approach

D.M. Neuman provides a wide range of residential work, from small remodels or deck additions to single-family homes to multi-family complexes. We provide a professional building experience that is accommodating and enjoyable, meant to make you feel comfortable at every step in the process.

Depending on project size, your building team may include the following:

    Pre-Construction Services

    If needed or wanted, our team can help facilitate budgetary and design help on the front end of your project, in conjunction with your design team or as a stand-alone. Pre-construction services can help streamline and better align the budget and design goals BEFORE finalization of design documentation.

  2. 02

    Project Manager

    Will oversee and guide your building process including assisting with specification selections and scheduling.

  3. 03

    Superintendent

    Will run the field work day to day, including coordinating subs and material.

  4. 04

    Fully Staffed Office

    Will administer construction draws, subcontracts, insurance requirements for anyone working on your project, lien waiver administration and protection, project tracking and record-keeping, and specification selection assistance.

    We are a fully insured multi-family contractor. From infrastructure to landscaping, your multi-family development will run smoothly and efficiently under our control and leadership. We have completed developments in the range of 8 units to 42 units, for governments and private developers alike.
